Invest in the future of Docs In Progress!
Docs In Progress is committed to advancing the work of documentary filmmaking talent by supporting and empowering independent filmmakers of all backgrounds who want to make films to inform the public and even bring about social change.
A gift to our Annual Fund supports year-round programming to support new voices in documentary film; screening programs of new and in-progress films that spotlight documentary as a force to bring together community dialogue; specialized programs that foster documentary storytelling and technical skills for youth, elders, nonprofit staff, and career transitioners seeking workforce development; a nurturing, inclusive space to engage people of all backgrounds to explore documentary as a form of art, expression, and empowerment; keeping our screening programs, submission fees, and filmmaker roundtables free or near-free; and building staff capacity to be able to provide high-quality programming year-round.
