Currently with Florian Solutions, consultants in fundraising and organizational
development, Julie Wolf-Rodda, brings to Docs decades of successful experience
leading nonprofit strategy, management, and fundraising. She has developed and led
high-performing teams, securing gifts ranging from four and five figures through multi-
million-dollar public-private partnerships, with both large and small nonprofits, in fields
as diverse as dropout prevention, museums and exhibitions, and biomedical research
and discovery.

Until mid-2023, Julie was Chief Strategic Alliance and Advancement Officer at the
Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH), where for nearly 20 years she
led the organization’s partnership development team. Prior to joining the FNIH, Julie
served as Vice President of Development with the National Building Museum. Her
expertise also includes senior development positions with Communities In Schools and
the National Academy of Engineering.

She holds a B.A. from Carleton College and an M.A. from The George Washington University.
