Zahra and Fatima, two teenage girls from Afghanistan, take on an enormous challenge: leading Afghan women out of oppression. As Zahra says, “I have no more dreams. Only plans. I hope to change the minds of Afghan men.” Fatima and Zahra were chosen out of hundreds to study at elite boarding schools. They made a promise to return to Afghanistan as leaders, but every day in the U.S. takes them farther away from their families and culture.
