SYNOPSIS: In April 1861, as Washington faces encirclement, the Union Army moves to occupy Annapolis and key Maryland hills.
Charles Germain was born and educated in France. After completing an MBA in the Netherlands, he capitalized on his foreign language skills and became a successful international marketer, working for U.S. publishing companies worldwide. During those years, he also produced a few noted documentaries that took him to India, Brazil, and Borneo. In 2013, he graduated from the Boston University CDIA program in Georgetown, Washington DC, as Film Director. Currently Charles is producing and directing short films and writing feature film screenplays, and now lives primarily in Maryland and Brazil as a secondary residence.
