My name is Andre Bellamy-Cesar, an African-American producer based in Washington, DC. I am originally from South Carolina, have lived and worked in Denver, but my heart lives in the DMV.

I began my career as a video editor for Good Morning Carolina with WPDE/TV-15 in Myrtle Beach before moving to the DC area to later intern with JWM Productions in Takoma Park, MD on the series, Digging for the Truth. I went on to work as a p.a., actor and associate producer with Story House Productions working on true crime series’ Psychic Detectives and Body of Evidence. That was followed by Is It Real? and Wild Chronicles starring Boyd Matsen with National Geographic Studios.

Amid the pandemic, I co-created Lexicon Media Productions focusing on crewing productions, creating content and collaborating with creatives along the Eastern seaboard. Lexicon Media has produced, co-produced and assisted with editing and producing videos that promote untold stories centering on social consciousness, civil rights and imaginative storytelling.

Currently, I serve as AP on the forthcoming Modern Marvels Refreshed series for A+E Networks produced with Six West Media group. You can always catch me at one of my son’s sporting events or at the gym.
