Dawne Langford is an award winning editor and an emergent documentary producer with over a decade of experience in all aspects of video and film production. She spent 6 years working at the PBS affiliate, WHUT-TV, working on original programming such as “Evening Exchange with Kojo Nnamdi” and co-scripting and editing the documentaries “Lens and Pens” and “The Jewels”.

One of her current is the documentary, “Finding Joseph I” about the lead singer of the seminal punk band, Bad Brains. Following a successful funding campaign on Kickstarter the project is in its post-production phase where Dawne serves as producer and co-editor. Dawne also was accepted to the PBS Producers Academy in 2013, honing her skills as an independent producer.
