Synopsis: In the early 1990s, Annette Polly Williams, a passionate Black mother and Democratic lawmaker, joined forces with wealthy white conservatives to champion school choice in America. Her vision for providing low-income parents with high-quality, community-based educational options was co-opted to advance a movement now seen as a major threat to public education.

Bio: Janelle is a creative soul that has known television and film was the only career for her from a very early age. She graduated from Howard University and over the past two decades has worked with all the major television networks. However she knew her heart was calling for her to produce content that would show and shape the people, the culture and causes she valued most.
