While foraging in the wilds of Maryland, a celebrated chef finds sustenance in his life’s work.
James-Beard nominated Chef Chris Amendola is known for his hyper-seasonal menus, created from the freshest ingredients he forages from the woods in rural Maryland. He has been on a seeking path most of his life, through many twists and turns, including addiction and homelessness, to the brink of financial ruin, and eventually to culinary brilliance.
